This may compete with professionally produced television shows, music videos and movies. A broad category of commerce that includes any sale of goods or services that use digital channels.

OUR MISSION

Es Tiempo provides leadership development by bringing leaders together through business mentorship and annually through the Silicon Valley Latino Leadership Summit (SVLLS).

Through the FUTURE framework leadership model developed by Frank Carbajal, Es Tiempo will help companies and organizations build their Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).  The FUTURE leadership model allows people to gain a cutting-edge best practices perspective by integrating leadership into the workplace.

We can also help you to incorporate educational leadership principles and transform students to become leaders for the future and prepare them for diverse and competitive industries.

Es Tiempo will also incorporate and develop proactive diversity initiatives that have a positive impact on business from traditional consulting to remote work, diversity and inclusion coaching practices, which will allow employees to embrace and incorporate cultural and diverse leadership practices while on virtual conference calls, via social platforms to have productive meetings and influence cultural authentic influence

Remote coaching and consulting on diversity and inclusion initiatives will be available.
