Frank Carbajal is Founder and President of Es Tiempo, LLC., Founder of the Silicon Valley Latino Leadership Summit (SVLLS) and co-author of Building the Latino Future: Success Stories for the Next Generation.
As a part of the Ken Blanchard network of keynote speakers and a member of the Silicon Valley Coaching Federation, Frank Carbajal provides small business owners, CEOs, executives, managers and directors, with the framework and tools necessary to achieve their personal best
Frank is a member of the National Society of Hispanic MBAs (NSHMBA) and Advocacy Committee for Silicon Valley Education Foundation.
Mr. Carbajal holds an MA, with an emphasis in Human Resources Management. He lives with his wife and three daughters in Santa Clara, California.

A business that allows amateurs to access a market that was once exclusively controlled by professionals. For example, a video sharing site that allows anyone to monetize videos. This may compete with professionally produced television shows, music videos and movies. A broad category of commerce that includes any sale of goods or services that use digital channels.
OUR MISSION
Es Tiempo provides leadership development by bringing leaders together through business mentorship and annually through the Silicon Valley Latino Leadership Summit (SVLLS).
Through the FUTURE framework leadership model developed by Frank Carbajal, Es Tiempo will help companies and organizations build their Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). The FUTURE leadership model allows people to gain a cutting-edge best practices perspective by integrating leadership into the workplace.
We can also help you to incorporate educational leadership principles and transform students to become leaders for the future and prepare them for diverse and competitive industries.
Es Tiempo will also incorporate and develop proactive diversity initiatives that have a positive impact on business from traditional consulting to remote work, diversity and inclusion coaching practices, which will allow employees to embrace and incorporate cultural and diverse leadership practices while on virtual conference calls, via social platforms to have productive meetings and influence cultural authentic influence

Gabriela Catalina Reyes
Gabriela Catalina Reyes (she/her/hers) is a bi-cultural, Latina immigrant—born in Ecuador, raised in Miami, aged in New York, and now living in San Francisco. She passionately invests in mission-driven and social impact organizations through her digital marketing and business strategy talents. Gabriela is an active leader among global, community-led movements, including Lean In and TEDx, with human equity at the top of her priorities. She is ambitious and resolute in her pursuit of closing the Latina pay gap, and currently living her purpose as the Head of Marketing at Latinas in Tech. When she’s not volunteering with the American Heart Association, or advising a non-profit serving LGBTQIA+ youth of color, Gabriela is at ballet rehearsal, or out on the hunt for NY-grade bagels with her dog, Bearsito.
Carlos Gonzalez
Carlos Gonzalez having immigrated from his native Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. He has spent his professional career lifting and supporting underprivileged communities through social services and the development of social impact programs by leveraging innovative technology. Having joined the Es Tiempo team in December 2019, Carlos seeks to bring his 15+ years of experience in leading highly talented individuals in the technology and social work sector to bridge the technological divide in our communities. As a proud father of two girls, Carlos works to ensure that our workplace is mindful of community, diversity and inclusion. Together we can change and create opportunities for our Latino/a/x working professionals.
